Teacher Trainer - K-12 Mathematics

Job Overview

We are searching for committed and knowledgeable Teacher Trainers specializing in K-12 Mathematics to enhance educators' knowledge and teaching skills through our educational solutions. The role involves designing and delivering dynamic training programs that empower teachers to effectively utilize our curriculum materials in classrooms. A strong grasp of subject matter, curriculum standards, and digital educational tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for K-12 teachers both virtually and in-person.
• Create, customize, and consistently refresh high-quality training content and resources tailored to evolving educational needs and standards.
• Adapt training materials to tackle challenges in product adoption, classroom management, and development of educators' soft skills.
• Update and develop course content to align with current training goals, educational guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments, studies, and innovative methods in mathematics education to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments to promote educational products and solutions.
• Foster positive relationships with teachers, school leaders, and decision-makers.
• Represent the organization at conferences and seminars, actively advocating our educational offerings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of K-12 curriculum standards such as Common Core State Standards (CCSS), national curricula, and CEFR where applicable, along with relevant teaching methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or mathematics-related field.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and various educational technology platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong capability to work independently with superior planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills enabling engagement with diverse audiences.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for onsite training and respond to short-notice commitments.
• High levels of empathy and patience to handle different challenges educators face.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to effectively operate in varied educational environments.
• Ability to stay resilient under pressure and a dedication to achieving performance objectives.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
