About the Role

Eram Talent is looking for a motivated and committed Teacher Assistant to support educators in a healthcare-focused educational setting in Saudi Arabia. This role involves enhancing the classroom environment and fostering active student engagement to facilitate a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to help develop and execute effective lesson plans.
• Assist students in their academic activities, working both in individual and group formats.
• Oversee student behavior and safety during class, recess, and transitions.
• Organize and prepare instructional materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
• Track and record student progress, offering insightful feedback to the lead teacher.
• Maintain tidiness and orderliness within the classroom setting.
• Engage in clear communication with students, parents, and educational staff.
• Attend staff meetings and engage in professional growth opportunities.
• Adhere strictly to school policies ensuring a supportive and effective learning experience for every student.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related disciplines is preferred; however, candidates with a High School Diploma coupled with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Previous involvement as a healthcare facilitator within an educational environment is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a sincere dedication to the academic development of students.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic classroom setting.
• Competency in basic office software and educational technology tools.
