About the Role
Eram Talent is looking for an experienced and technologically adept Management Executive Secretary to offer comprehensive support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate across the executive leadership team. This role transcends typical administrative duties; it requires a sophisticated professional fluent in technology-related communication and possessing over 8 years of executive-level assistance experience.
Major Duties
- Effectively manage and optimize the CTO’s busy calendar, focusing on prioritization, conflict resolution, and ensuring smooth operational flows.
- Serve as the primary contact and gatekeeper for the CTO, managing communications via calls, emails, visitors, and correspondence with tactful professionalism.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings at the C-suite and departmental levels, including agenda creation, briefing document preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action points.
- Arrange seamless domestic and international travel plans encompassing visa arrangements, flights, accommodations, and local transport.
- Prepare and edit professional documents such as memos, reports, official correspondence, and presentations tailored for executive use.
- Act as a communication conduit among the CTO’s office, internal department leaders, global partners, and external vendors.
- Maintain a rigorously organized, confidential system for both digital and physical executive documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum eight years dedicated experience supporting C-level executives such as CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, or Board Members, with proven capability in top-tier executive assistance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Office Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent command of English at boardroom-level fluency is essential; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable for effective local coordination.
