About the Role
Sanade International seeks to hire 500 experienced taxi drivers for a semi-government entity based in Sharjah, UAE. This opportunity offers stable employment with attractive benefits and commission-based earnings.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Must hold a driver's license from their home country.
- Preference given to motivated and experienced drivers.
- Candidates must be non-alcoholic.
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission structures provide up to 40% based on collections, with an approximate monthly earning between AED 3,000 and AED 5,000.
- Performance-based incentives and rewards related to trip completions.
- Employment visa support ensured by the company.
- The company provides a UAE driving license, although the license cost may be deducted monthly (AED 500 for 10 months).
- Free accommodation and meals for the first four months, pending issuance of the UAE driving license.
