We are seeking a Tax Accounting Lead to spearhead tax accounting operations including compliance, reporting, and process enhancement within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing indirect tax compliance, overseeing sales and use tax functions, administering Oracle ERP systems for tax purposes, and ensuring SLA and KPI adherence. You will lead stakeholder engagement and drive continuous improvements to maintain regulatory accuracy and efficient tax accounting.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Accounting and possesses between 8 to 12 years of experience in tax accounting. Proficiency in Oracle ERP platforms, indirect tax regulations, SLA management, and team leadership is essential. Certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or specialized tax qualifications will be advantageous.
