About the Role
This position involves the development and enforcement of procedures, systems, and documentation to oversee employee attendance, as well as managing leave policies including sick and emergency leave. The role includes updating employee records, addressing employee concerns professionally, and preparing specialized reports related to human resources activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain systems and forms to track attendance and various types of leave for branch employees, modifying these tools as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to official work hours through effective implementation of attendance monitoring systems.
- Apply and enforce policies for annual, sick, emergency leaves, and other approved leave types, along with procedures related to promotions, transfers, and end-of-service processes.
- Record and document all employee-related incidents consistently according to established procedures.
- Handle employee queries, complaints, and requests courteously and professionally; escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Maintain updated employee data such as promotions, trainings, and salary or benefit changes, and share pertinent information with the employee services team.
- Generate specialized human resources documents and reports, provide sound recommendations or solutions, and manage documentation storage following approved policies.
