Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead sourcing strategies for challenging roles including deep technical, executive, and highly specialized positions lacking existing candidate pipelines.
- Implement diverse and creative multi-channel sourcing approaches customized for each job using various tools.
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping and competitor analysis to locate talent and understand organizational structures across different geographical areas.
- Create and continuously improve complex Boolean and X-Ray search queries to discover passive and hidden candidates.
- Evaluate and pre-qualify sourced candidates to ensure alignment in skills and motivation before handing them over to recruiters or hiring managers.
- Monitor and report on sourcing funnel metrics, effectiveness of sourcing channels, and time taken to fill niche vacancies.
- Experiment with and incorporate new sourcing platforms, tools, and data extraction techniques.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in sourcing or recruiting, including handling complex or executive-level searches.
- Proven expertise in developing sourcing plans from the ground up for roles without a pre-existing candidate pool.
- Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-Ray searches, and active use of social and professional networks including LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, GitHub, and Behance.
- Experience using modern sourcing software and platforms for data scraping and enrichment.
- Capable of navigating ambiguity and prolonged recruitment cycles for challenging roles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret market dynamics and adapt sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach and building relationships with passive candidates; upper-intermediate English proficiency is required; additional languages are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in executive search or technical/expert-level candidate evaluation.
- Industry knowledge in IT, marketing, or online entertainment is a plus.
