Position Overview

The Talent Management Specialist role offers a full-time position based in Patna with a flexible hybrid work setting, combining on-site presence and remote work. This position involves crafting and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies, including employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluation processes, and succession planning systems. The specialist collaborates closely with leadership to spot and nurture high-potential employees, oversees training and professional development programs, and supports structured career progression within the company.

Key Duties

  • Analyze talent-related data to identify areas for enhancement within HR practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in talent management processes.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused workplace culture.
  • Support leadership in identifying key roles and preparing succession pipelines.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and performance review cycles to maintain a high-performance environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in talent management, including designing and applying integrated talent initiatives.
  • Strong background in promoting employee engagement to cultivate a supportive and high-achieving culture.
  • Experience in training and development activities, such as needs analysis, program creation, and assessment of learning outcomes.
  • Familiarity with performance management tools and practices, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal processes.
  • Competence in succession planning with the ability to evaluate potential and develop leadership.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced HR certifications are considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in HR information systems, talent analytics, and collaborative digital tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently in hybrid work models, manage competing priorities, and protect sensitive information.
  • Experience in educational institutions, edtech, or mission-driven organizations is advantageous.
