Role Overview
This position is designed for an independent contractor and is part-time in nature. It does not involve candidate sourcing or managing the full recruitment cycle. Instead, as hiring demand increases, the role entails conducting the concluding interview for Executive Assistant applicants—a task presently managed by the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtual final interviews lasting 20 to 30 minutes with Executive Assistant candidates.
- Evaluate candidates’ English language skills, communication style, confidence, professionalism, and spontaneous responsiveness, focusing on traits like communication, executive presence, judgment, and growth mindset.
- Determine readiness to engage effectively with North American executives.
- Assess cultural fit and client-facing demeanor.
- Provide star-rating feedback and concise written evaluations within the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), recommending candidate endorsement for talent training.
- Highlight borderline candidates with detailed justification to facilitate consistent decision-making during scaling.
- Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Team—particularly the Recruiting Lead—on final hiring choices as necessary.
- Ensure courteous and professional interaction with candidates irrespective of final decisions.
Candidate Requirements
- Native English speaker residing in the United States or Canada.
- Profound knowledge of North American business communication and workplace culture.
- Experience within a corporate environment in North America.
- Strong communication, active listening, and sound judgment capabilities.
- Ability to deliver impartial, well-articulated evaluations of candidates.
- Dependability and organizational skills to consistently conduct interviews and provide timely feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in interviewing, recruiting, talent assessment, corporate training, client management, executive/administrative support, or professional coaching.
- Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, Operations, or Executive Leadership roles.
- Familiarity with startup environments or remote work contexts.
Compensation and Volume
- Payment ranges from $10.00 to $15.00 USD per 20-30 minute interview, adjusted based on experience.
- The anticipated interview volume for 2026 is approximately 10 to 15 interviews weekly.
- Donna Talent operates as a U.S.-based company, remunerating independent contractors in U.S. dollars.
Hiring Process
- Submit application.
- Undergo an initial interview with the Recruiting Lead.
- Complete a calibration assessment via video that evaluates alignment with Donna's Executive Assistant Evaluation Framework.
- Participate in a final interview conducted by the CEO.
- Successful candidates undergo a paid training and onboarding phase involving around 20 hours of calibration work, which must be completed to qualify for official independent contractor status.
