Job description

Company overview

Publicis Groupe is a global communications network that connects people to knowledge, tools, clients, brands, and a wide range of expertise across data, technology, media, strategy, creativity, and business transformation. Established in Paris in 1926, the organisation operates in more than 100 countries and includes several solution hubs in Singapore, such as Publicis Communications and Publicis Media & Digital, as well as Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce.

Publicis Communications brings together creative agencies including Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Prodigious, and MSL. Publicis Media & Digital includes Starcom, Zenith, Spark Foundry, and Performics, and focuses on helping clients navigate a digital-first, data-led media environment. The wider group supports businesses in digital transformation and commerce through its other hubs.

Role summary

This contract role sits within the People & Culture team and supports Southeast Asia and Singapore. The position is the operational centre of talent development work, responsible for keeping learning programmes running smoothly, supporting the learning experience for participants, and ensuring accurate data capture to measure impact. You will work alongside the Talent Development Lead to deliver learning and leadership initiatives across the region.

The role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, service-minded, and committed to strong execution. You should be comfortable managing several priorities at once, working with different stakeholders, and using digital tools and AI to improve efficiency. A genuine interest in building great learning experiences and improving processes is important.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle all logistics for regional leadership and capability programmes, including scheduling, participant coordination, material preparation, venue or virtual arrangements, and follow-up after each programme.
  • Administer the regional and Singapore learning management system, Marcel Classes, including course creation, training records, enrolment tracking, compliance reporting such as CSR, and maintaining system quality.
  • Coordinate Learning Day or Learning Week activities, global learning campaigns such as Le Train and Creative Train, and other regional events that encourage participation in learning.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, invoices, and budgets in an orderly and controlled manner.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly learning reports and dashboards covering learning hours, spend, feedback, and key performance indicators.
  • Write and manage learner communications such as invitations, reminders, prompts, and post-programme messages in a clear and brand-aligned tone.
  • Support programme design, branding, and communications for learning and leadership initiatives together with the Talent Development Lead.
  • Work with HR Leads, HR Business Partners, and line managers on programme assets, nominations, and deployment logistics.
  • For the Senior Specialist level, independently run at least one regional initiative end to end, including coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help with the co-facilitation of selected programme modules as part of professional development.

Candidate profile

Applicants should have at least a diploma in any discipline and around 2 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Development, or a related coordination or operations role. Fresh graduates may also be considered for the Specialist level if they bring strong internship experience.

For the Senior Specialist level, candidates with 4 to 7 years of L&D or HR experience and a background in HR, Business, Communications, Education, or a related discipline may be considered.

Experience in multinational and multicultural environments, marketing, advertising, creative industries, or regional/multi-market roles will be an advantage.

Strong capability in presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint and Canva is needed, along with solid Excel skills for data analysis, dashboards, and reporting. Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT is also expected to support efficient operations and content development. Experience with LMS platforms is useful, and prior exposure to Marcel Classes is an added advantage.

Very good English communication skills are required, and knowledge of another Southeast Asian language such as Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese will be considered a plus.
