Job description

Position Overview

Open Space Talent is looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to assist with daily company operations and support executive leadership. This position suits individuals who excel in dynamic, fast-paced workplaces and are keen on advancing their careers in talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to keep partnership campaigns on track.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Help prepare and submit proposals, rate cards, contracts, and related campaign documents for potential partnerships.
  • Monitor clients' social media channels to verify deliverable publication, find optimization possibilities, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Conduct research on potential brand partners, industry trends, and partnership prospects to aid business development.
  • Maintain detailed records of client partnerships, contracts, terms of use, and campaign files.
  • Support client onboarding by collecting assets, gathering relevant information, and readying internal systems and materials.
  • Assist in handling incoming brand inquiries and directing opportunities to the proper team members for follow-up.
  • Update and organize the company's contact database regularly with new client and industry contact details.
  • Coordinate gifting efforts with clients, PR agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Compile and prepare client analytics, campaign performance reports, and partnership summaries; create and update media kits, pitch decks, and brand presentations.
  • Organize and submit client content, assets, and deliverables promptly and accurately.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range around $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
  • Ten paid vacation days per year, scheduled with mutual agreement.
  • Paid time off on all major U.S. holidays.
  • Health and dental insurance are not offered with this role currently.
  • This is a salaried position not eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities accurately and professionally.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management and design platforms such as Trello, Canva, and CapCut is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
