Role Overview
As a Talent Consultant, you will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and placing candidates for diverse client industries. This position suits individuals who value flexibility and independence while consistently producing outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehend their hiring objectives and design customized recruitment plans.
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and LinkedIn, to identify qualified candidates.
- Perform preliminary candidate evaluations to ensure compatibility with client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, serving as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Manage the entire placement process to guarantee smooth coordination between clients and candidates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, talent market movements, and recruitment best practices to enhance service quality.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Comprehensive knowledge of human resources across various industries and talent markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) and legal work authorization in Singapore.
