The role combines HR and data work. You will take broad human capital questions and convert them into structured data needs, create reporting that people actually use, and help leaders make better decisions about workforce trends and people operations. This is a high-visibility position with meaningful impact rather than a routine support role.
What you'll do
You will work closely with workforce and people data, using SQL to investigate complex datasets and build models that explain what is happening across the organization. You will also use reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to present insights in a format leadership can act on.
In addition, you will act as the link between business questions and technical data solutions. That means you need to think analytically, frame problems clearly, and communicate findings in a simple, practical way.
Experience and background
Hands-on experience in people analytics or the e-commerce sector is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with imperfect or messy data, identifying the right questions to ask, and delivering outputs that can stand up to scrutiny.
