What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor focused on identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent nationwide.
• Partner with stakeholders to anticipate workforce needs and devise targeted sourcing strategies.
• Continuously explore innovative methods to reach exceptional candidates.
• Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels including social media, online research, talent communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing approaches to identify and engage highly skilled engineering and technology talent.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies aligned with evolving business priorities and hiring demands.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to establish robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide insights to senior leaders and executives on talent availability, market trends, and effective sourcing strategies.
• Leverage competitive intelligence, labor market data, and sourcing analytics to inform talent acquisition decisions.
• Utilize customer relationship management platforms, social media campaigns, networking events, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Continuously assess and adopt new sourcing technologies, techniques, and best practices to enhance hiring outcomes.
