About the Role
BEC Arabia is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. This key leadership position will drive recruitment strategies to support major construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. You will lead a high-achieving team, contributing to building a top-tier, diverse workforce for one of Saudi Arabia's leading engineering organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to meet recruitment objectives across all departments in line with corporate goals.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing approaches using digital platforms, professional networks, and recruitment events to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and GOSI regulations for all local hiring.
- Collaborate with department managers to anticipate staffing needs and formulate strategic hiring plans.
- Track and assess recruitment performance indicators such as time-to-fill, hiring costs, and candidate quality to enhance hiring processes.
- Oversee the candidate journey to guarantee prompt communication and a professional application experience.
- Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their recruitment capabilities and overall performance.
- Work with marketing teams to strengthen and project BEC Arabia’s employer brand.
- Conduct interviews for senior roles and advise hiring managers on selections.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, industry developments, and best recruitment practices.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring successful integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise recruiting for construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and GOSI requirements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or MBA.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD.
- Experience recruiting for mega or giga projects within Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of digital construction trends and BIM-related positions.
- Familiarity with green building certifications including LEED or Mostadam.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Office-based position in Riyadh with occasional travel to project locations or recruitment functions.
- Standard working hours, with flexibility during peak hiring periods.
