Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for our teams based in Switzerland and Germany. Your key focus areas will include candidate management, active sourcing, and building a sustainable talent pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging with professionals and executives through direct search and active sourcing methods
• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
• Conducting market analysis of the Swiss and German job markets and devising effective recruitment strategies
• Collaborating closely with department teams, hiring managers, and HR partners
• Building and maintaining talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Enhancing recruiting processes, tools, and improving the overall candidate experience
• Supporting employer branding initiatives within Switzerland and Germany

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience in in-house recruiting or talent acquisition roles
• Strong expertise in direct search and active sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of the labor market, preferably within IT or SAP domains
• Excellent communication skills, structured and self-reliant work style
• Enthusiasm for taking ownership and driving initiatives forward
• Fluency in German is essential; English language skills are advantageous
