  • Monitor talent trends, market availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity in Europe and the UK.

Candidate Profile

  • You should bring at least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with meaningful exposure to hiring in Europe and the UK.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting technology professionals across varied functions and seniority levels is important.
  • You need strong command over LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and proactive sourcing methods.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
  • You should be comfortable working with recruitment metrics, reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
  • Experience hiring niche, emerging, and difficult-to-source technology skill sets will be valuable.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is required.
  • You must be able to handle multiple open requisitions while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
