Role Overview

We are expanding rapidly and seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract position through June 20, 2027. This role requires partnering with hiring managers across different departments to manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a superior experience for candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various business units, covering positions from entry level to managerial roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, offering expert advice on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent pool insights.
  • Design and implement proactive sourcing tactics such as talent mapping, direct outreach, networking, and pipeline development to attract a diverse group of high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct intake meetings to grasp business goals, job criteria, necessary skills, and deadlines, adjusting recruitment plans as priorities shift.
  • Foster positive interactions with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication and a focus on people-first principles.
  • Assist stakeholders with hiring decisions by delivering informed recommendations and ensuring timely, equitable processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to exchange best practices and continuously enhance recruitment methods.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols including headcount approvals, job requisition processing, offer creation, pre-employment verifications, and onboarding coordination.
  • Engage external recruitment agencies when necessary, providing clear instructions and feedback to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and contribute to team initiatives and process enhancements as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience managing full recruitment cycles in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, covering diverse business areas.
  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies with a proven history of creating diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruitment techniques.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and communication, capable of building trusted partnerships, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring an outstanding hiring experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-conscious, adept at managing multiple simultaneous searches and balancing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
  • Technologically proficient with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools, alongside knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.

Compensation

The estimated base salary for this role ranges between $70,000 and $75,000 annually, which may vary based on individual experience, qualifications, and location.
