The company is known for clean botanical wellness products and a fast-moving, execution-focused culture. This role supports high-volume hiring for Territory Sales Representatives and plays a direct part in getting new hires sourced, selected, and launched successfully.
This position is designed for someone who is energized by pace, organization, and frequent candidate interaction. It is a high-activity recruiting role where speed, accuracy, and follow-through matter. You will work with recruiting tools, warm leads, structured processes, and team support to move candidates through the hiring journey efficiently.
What you will do
- Manage high-volume recruiting activity for go-to-market sales roles.
- Complete 10 to 12 recruiter screens each day while maintaining quality and momentum.
- Find candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal tools, and warm lead sources.
- Work with hiring managers to keep interview schedules full and pipelines moving.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and help create a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain organized pipelines, accurate ATS records, and detailed notes.
- Support candidate packages, interview follow-up, and hiring team coordination.
- Assist with offer-to-start execution with speed and precision.
- Help with orientation, onboarding, and launch readiness for new Territory Sales Representatives.
- Track recruiting metrics and use funnel data to improve speed, quality, and conversion.
- Ensure new hires are brought on time and prepared to begin training and field work.
What the role requires
- A strong interest in building a career in recruiting, talent, or people operations.
- High energy, urgency, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort speaking with candidates throughout the day and representing the company professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage several moving priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Willingness to learn systems, scripts, and recruiting standards quickly.
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Comfort using recruiting platforms, spreadsheets, ATS tools, and daily activity tracking.
- A team-first mindset and readiness to support hiring goals wherever needed.
- Previous exposure to recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, call center, or other high-volume people-facing work is an advantage.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
What makes this opportunity stand out
- Direct business impact: your work helps fill and launch the sales team that drives revenue.
- Strong support: you will have access to recruiting tools, AI-assisted support, warm leads, and structured training.
- Fast pace: the role is suited to someone who enjoys activity, urgency, and measurable results.
- Clear ownership: you will help fill Territory Sales Representative classes and support onboarding from start to finish.
- Growth potential: this is an entry point into recruiting within a performance-driven, high-growth company.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a base salary of $55,000 USD or $75,000 CAD, along with a commission plan that includes expected additional quarterly income. You will also get access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI agent support, and warm leads, plus strong training and guidance from the Talent team.
About the company
Vivazen started with the idea that a plant-powered shot could outperform synthetic stimulants commonly found in convenience stores. Over time, the company has built a category-leading brand with a portfolio of botanical blends trusted by retailers and consumers nationwide. With more than 700 million servings sold across the country, Vivazen has become one of the best-known high-velocity brands in functional wellness.
Retail partners count on Vivazen for strong revenue in a small footprint, while consumers choose the products for fast-acting energy and reliable performance. The company operates with speed, ownership, hustle, and execution, and its growth depends on hiring and launching great field talent quickly.
Working style
This is not a back-office recruiting position. The work is hands-on, highly visible, and closely tied to the company’s field growth. Success in the role depends on pace, precision, and the ability to keep multiple hiring workflows moving at once.
Who should apply
Candidates who are hungry to learn, comfortable working at volume, and motivated by real business impact will fit well here. People with a team-first attitude, strong organization, and the ability to move quickly without losing quality are encouraged to apply.
