Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to efficiently manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring compliant and smooth hiring operations within our organization based in Delhi-NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment activities.
- Publish job vacancies on various employment platforms and social media channels.
- Evaluate resumes and select candidates matching job criteria.
- Arrange and facilitate interview schedules with candidates and departments.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidates accordingly.
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Generate offer letters and handle induction processes for new employees.
- Keep thorough records of employee files and HR-related documentation.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and updates on the HR Management Information System (HRMIS).
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee orientation.
- Build and maintain relations with recruitment agencies and consultants.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll data verification and attendance reconciliation.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention.
- Compile regular recruitment performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Liaise with department managers to assess manpower requirements.
- Maintain databases and talent pipelines on job portals.
- Perform reference checks and background verifications.
- Undertake additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies and hiring protocols.
- Competent with MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing various job portals for recruitment purposes.
- Strong skills in time management and organizational tasks.
