Position Summary
This role leads end-to-end recruiting for all Sales positions, overseeing the full hiring journey from intake through offer acceptance. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will move quickly and consistently to attract, engage, and secure high-quality sales talent while maintaining a strong employer brand throughout the process. Working within People Operations, this person partners closely with Sales leadership to support aggressive growth goals and create scalable sourcing pipelines through university relationships and employee referrals.
About the Organization
The company’s purpose is to help business owners grow their businesses in ways that advance their personal, professional, and financial goals. It serves multiple industries and delivers business support through courses, live events, partnerships, and investments. Its culture is built around being inspirational, accountable, transparent, disciplined, aligned, and results-driven, and those values guide how hiring is approached. The organization operates across the country and continues to expand rapidly.
Key Outcomes
- The Sales organization stays staffed ahead of demand with strong candidates who fit the culture, get up to speed quickly, and remain with the company long term.
- Every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression of the brand, regardless of whether they receive an offer.
- University partnerships and employee referral channels consistently generate a steady stream of qualified entry-level sales candidates each quarter.
- Sales hiring managers view this person as a strategic partner who adds value beyond scheduling and administration.
Primary Objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all Sales positions, including CSR, AE, and related pipeline roles, from intake through acceptance.
- Hit or surpass monthly hiring goals tied to sales growth plans and target start dates.
- Handle a daily volume of 10 to 12 virtual screening interviews for active sales openings.
- Review 100% of assigned Sales applications on the same day they are received.
- Advance qualified candidates through the process within 5 to 7 business days from first screen to offer.
- Create and run a university partnership program with local colleges and universities to build a reliable entry-level sales pipeline.
- Develop an internal sales referral channel with Sales leadership to source talent from the 10X community and the existing client base.
- Work with hiring managers during intake to build accurate job descriptions, interview questions, and case studies that match role expectations.
- Keep candidate records updated every day across assigned requisitions so pipeline activity remains clear and organized.
- Maintain fast communication with candidates to protect offer acceptance rates and planned start dates.
- Achieve 90% or higher satisfaction scores from hiring managers and new hires for all Sales placements.
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of the traits that drive success in sales candidates, including motivation, coachability, communication, and competitiveness.
- Ability to judge cultural fit against 10X standards and explain that evaluation clearly to hiring leaders.
- Comfort working at high volume and high energy, with the ability to manage 10 to 15 interviews per day without compromising the candidate experience.
- Skilled relationship builder who quickly earns trust with Sales hiring managers and maintains it through reliable execution and proactive communication.
- Independent operator capable of managing 20 or more active Sales requisitions while keeping every candidate moving forward.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to support and defend hiring recommendations using behavioral evidence.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail in handling a large inbox, ATS records, and outreach across multiple roles.
- Ability to prioritize by urgency and business impact while balancing speed and quality to meet start-date goals.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required. Experience recruiting for Sales positions, such as inside sales, SDR, AE, or CSR pipelines, is strongly preferred. A proven history of delivering hiring targets in a fast-paced environment is important. Experience creating or managing university recruiting programs or entry-level talent pipelines is considered a strong advantage.
