You will also help keep internal and external service teams aligned on each client’s HR direction, ensuring their plans support the client’s personal, professional, and financial objectives.

About the Organization

The company’s purpose is to help business owners grow stronger businesses so they can reach goals across life and work. It operates across many industries, offering guidance through courses, live events, partnerships, and investments. The culture is built around being inspirational, accountable, transparent, disciplined, aligned, and results-focused. The organization has a national footprint and continues to expand rapidly.

Key Objectives

  • Handle HR collateral and resource requests for the Strategic Business Unit through a ticketing workflow, delivering accurate materials such as job descriptions, onboarding plans, and employee maturity models on time.
  • Act as the point of coordination between shared HR services and SBU/PR clients.
  • Help leaders improve external HR services by collecting and analyzing feedback and outcomes from shared clients.
  • Keep up to date with labor regulations, HR standards, and industry developments so documents remain compliant and useful.
  • Serve as the escalation contact for complex client situations, working with Legal, HR, and internal advisors to shape guidance, reduce risk, and resolve issues.
  • Assist with pre-onboarding for new SBU clients by helping Advisors prepare HR strategies tailored to the client’s size, industry, and goals.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated background in building and applying HR strategy across different industries.
  • Experience advising, consulting, and training senior-level stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices aligned with Cardone Ventures’ standards.
  • Ability to interpret organizational needs and turn them into structured HR documentation.
  • Strong understanding of federal HR practices, employment law, and current trends.
  • Comfort collaborating with a wide range of internal subject-matter experts.
  • Ability to gather large volumes of feedback and convert it into clear executive-level reporting.
  • Spanish fluency or bilingual capability is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the consulting industry.
  • SHRM-CP certification or a degree in Human Resources is preferred.

Compensation and Rewards

The total annual compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000.

Full-time team members are eligible for a robust rewards package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents, a 401(k) plan with up to 3% company match, and paid parental leave with 8 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, plus one month of remote work for both.

Additional benefits include vacation and sick time that grows with tenure, a fully paid gym membership, meal prep discounts, pet insurance through SPOT, an Employee Assistance Program through Guardian, reimbursement for outside training and certifications, access to the 10X Mentorship Program, more than $250,000 in internal learning resources across Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and Marketing, and uncapped commission eligibility for all team members.
