About the Role

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for school-based and therapy positions. This is a fast-moving virtual position suited to agency recruiters who are comfortable taking ownership of requisitions, working independently in a busy environment, and consistently delivering against hiring targets.

Jump Ahead is an expanding staffing organization that partners with schools and educational programs across the country. The team focuses on placing RBTs, SLPs, and other therapy and support professionals in school-based settings, and is adding recruiters to support growing demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for RBTs, SLPs, and other school-based professionals.
  • Handle several open roles at the same time.
  • Use personalized outreach to attract and engage strong candidates.
  • Create, manage, and improve job postings on Indeed and other hiring platforms.
  • Find, screen, and interview applicants by phone and video.
  • Work with internal teams to schedule interviews, extend offers, and confirm start dates.
  • Support onboarding tasks, required documents, and compliance checks.
  • Keep candidate information updated and accurate in an ATS.
  • Consistently meet weekly hiring targets and time-to-fill goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in direct recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within a staffing agency.
  • Background recruiting RBTs, SLPs, or other school-based professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, end-to-end recruiting across multiple open requisitions.
  • Solid working knowledge of Indeed, resume databases, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with education, healthcare, or school-based positions such as RBT, BCBA, SLP, OT, or support staff.
  • Well organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
