Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral member of the HR team, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions including Media, Creative, Technology, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders to develop high-performing teams while ensuring a superior candidate experience. The role suits candidates who excel in dynamic environments, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and have a passion for recruiting across diverse business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from understanding requirements to finalizing offers and onboarding.
  • Recruit for positions spanning Media Buying, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Design, Technology, Product, Data, and other digital sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, role specifications, and business priorities.
  • Identify and source candidates through various channels such as professional networks, referrals, job portals, and social media.
  • Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Conduct initial recruiter screening interviews and coordinate subsequent technical and business interviews.
  • Maintain timely communication to ensure an excellent experience for candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Lead compensation negotiations and manage offer discussions effectively.
  • Accurately record recruitment data and maintain reports using the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor key hiring metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to fulfill hiring goals within stipulated timelines.
  • Participate in employer branding efforts and activities aimed at talent engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within digital agencies, advertising, technology firms, or startups.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring across Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Technology, Product, and Digital Marketing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate mapping techniques.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, relevant job portals, and ATS platforms, especially Zoho Recruit.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple recruitment requests simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • A data-centric approach to recruitment including tracking and analyzing hiring performance metrics.

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous recruitment experience within advertising agencies or digital-first companies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and applicant tracking system workflows.
  • Experience in executing employer branding campaigns and engaging talent initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership.
