About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy and focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for scaling our specialized frontline healthcare teams, with a primary emphasis on high-volume Pharmacy Technician recruitment. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing localized talent pipelines to ensure the seamless operation of our pharmacy services. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for certified and trainee Pharmacy Technicians, collaborate closely with Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists-in-Charge, and contribute to a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for Pharmacy Technicians, including certified, registered, and trainee roles, efficiently moving large groups of candidates through sourcing, screening, and offer stages.
  • Collaborate daily with Pharmacy Managers and shift supervisors to identify immediate staffing needs, arrange expedited interview processes, and align on weekly hiring targets.
  • Proactively source and cultivate diverse talent pools within the Columbus, OH area, building strong connections with local pharmacy technician schools, community colleges, and vocational programs.
  • Work with onboarding and compliance teams to verify that all selected candidates meet state board of pharmacy regulations, certifications, and background check requirements before their start date.
  • Partner closely with the TA Lead and the wider Operations TA Team to analyze and enhance high-volume hiring workflows, reducing candidate friction and minimizing time-to-hire.
  • Maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), utilize metrics to monitor pipeline health, and assist in organizing and executing local hiring events and open houses.
  • Strategically employ AI recruitment tools to boost capacity, automate time-consuming administrative tasks, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a demonstrated history of success in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
  • Prior experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians, healthcare professionals, or certified/licensed staff is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare hiring practices, pharmacy technician licensing, or specific state board of pharmacy requirements (e.g., Arizona) is a significant advantage.
  • Exhibit a candidate-centric approach with excellent communication skills, dedicated to guiding candidates smoothly through a high-volume interview and compliance process.
  • Proficient in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Workday, as well as high-volume sourcing and engagement tools.
  • Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at our New Albany facility to foster close partnerships with pharmacy leadership.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity compensation for full-time positions.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), company holidays, and quarterly mental health days.
  • Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus parental leave.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
  • 401k plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Opportunities for offsite team retreats.
