Role Overview
Rgheeb Consulting is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle recruitment work for clients across a range of industries. This role focuses on finding strong candidates, assessing them effectively, and guiding them through each stage of the hiring process while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full hiring cycle from opening to final placement.
- Identify and engage suitable candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Carry out preliminary candidate screening and arrange interview schedules.
- Develop and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with clients and hiring teams to clarify role requirements.
- Support fast, high-quality hiring outcomes and successful fills.
- Keep recruitment documentation, tracking, and reports accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong ability to source candidates and conduct interviews.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships well.
- Comfortable managing several open roles at the same time.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on results.
