Job purpose
This position is for a driven and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the HR function in Riyadh. The role centers on finding, engaging, and hiring strong candidates for different business areas. The successful person will handle sourcing, interviews, and onboarding while also working closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment aligned with the company’s culture and overall business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build candidate pipelines using multiple channels such as job portals, social platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Carry out first-round screening, interviews, and assessments to judge candidate suitability for each role.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and recommend effective ways to assess and select candidates.
- Maintain a smooth, professional, and positive experience for candidates from first contact through onboarding.
- Monitor hiring trends, labor market updates, and competitor practices to shape recruitment planning.
- Review recruitment data and channel performance, then use the findings to suggest improvements.
- Ensure recruiting activities follow applicable legal requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a closely related discipline.
- Coop or Tamheer experience, or 1 to 3 years of talent acquisition experience, is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methods and familiarity with sourcing tools and hiring platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different levels of the organization.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay effective in a busy environment.
