Role overview
This opportunity is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Nairobi, Kenya, working on-site. The role follows an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule in CDT and is designed for someone who enjoys recruitment, is eager to build experience, and can thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Core duties
- Find potential candidates through job boards, social platforms, and employee or professional referrals.
- Review resumes and carry out first-round screening conversations.
- Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Keep applicant data up to date and well organized in the ATS.
- Support a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required background
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong English communication skills at C1 level or above.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Good organizational abilities and solid time management.
- Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
