Role overview

This opportunity is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Nairobi, Kenya, working on-site. The role follows an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule in CDT and is designed for someone who enjoys recruitment, is eager to build experience, and can thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Core duties

• Find potential candidates through job boards, social platforms, and employee or professional referrals.
• Review resumes and carry out first-round screening conversations.
• Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Keep applicant data up to date and well organized in the ATS.
• Support a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required background

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong English communication skills at C1 level or above.
• Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Good organizational abilities and solid time management.
• Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
