Role Overview

We are searching for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and contributing to the enhancement of our talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on various responsibilities to aid our team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop targeted candidate profiles.
  • Source and engage prospective candidates using diverse channels.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Prioritize recruitment tasks efficiently while keeping communication clear with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition and People projects as needed, embracing any tasks to support the team.
  • Identify and implement improvements in recruiting procedures, tools, and reporting.
  • Act as an ambassador for StemWave’s culture, values, and mission with all candidates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in startups, high-growth, or fast-moving settings.
  • Deep enthusiasm for recruiting and matching talent with fitting opportunities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and readiness to support wherever necessary.
  • Growth-oriented mindset aimed at building a career within Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and manage multiple priorities calmly.
  • Performance- and growth-driven attitude reflecting commitment to company success.
