  • Certified B Corp committed to women-centric leadership
  • Promotes a collaborative, low-ego workplace culture

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the evolution of the firm's attorney and staff recruitment strategy
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, practice group heads, HR, professional development, DEI, and marketing teams
  • Lead lateral partner recruiting initiatives including market research, practice planning, search firm partnerships, evaluation, and onboarding

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to a high-performing recruiting team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience recruiting attorneys (associates and partners) for large California-based law firms
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing lateral partner recruiting efforts
  • Proven experience leading recruiting teams and managing complex hiring projects
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior partners and leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of the legal talent landscape
