Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist/IT Recruiter to join our HR department. This role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle for diverse roles, including senior marketing professionals, large-scale recruitment for customer support agents, IT positions, and other vital vacancies throughout the organization. Success in this role demands comprehensive recruitment knowledge, outstanding communication abilities, and adaptability to a high-velocity workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hiring activities encompassing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies targeting top candidates for senior marketing and customer support roles.
• Coordinate with department leaders and hiring managers to establish clear job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles.
• Employ multiple sourcing channels such as social media, networking, and referrals to discover and attract potential candidates while cultivating a talent pipeline for upcoming needs.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to gauge qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility; administer relevant pre-employment evaluations when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to align on recruitment plans, timelines, and expectations, providing consistent updates and labor market insights.
• Support onboarding initiatives by helping to develop and execute smooth integration processes for new employees, working alongside the HR team to enhance these experiences.
• Monitor recruitment metrics regularly and leverage data-driven insights for continuous process improvements.
• Advance the employer brand by promoting Six Values as a preferred workplace through diverse platforms, including participation in networking and recruitment events.
• Engage actively as a member of the global HR team by sharing best practices, cooperating on international recruitment projects, employee engagement activities, and contributing to global HR policy development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of recruitment experience, notably in hiring senior-level staff and managing large-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Experience with IT recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to function autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
• Fluency in English.
