Talent Acquisition Specialist - Field HR

Join Sun Pharma’s Global Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Field HR at our Sun House location in Mumbai. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media channels, employee referrals, vendors, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and lead assessment processes across multiple sites.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, quality of hire, source diversity, and talent pipeline health.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for critical and upcoming roles while managing recruitment budgets efficiently.
• Support talent management activities including involvement in the CPP process and facilitating competency evaluations.
• Plan and implement campus hiring initiatives targeting degrees such as B.Pharma, B.Sc., MBA, Diploma, and others; nurture relationships with educational institutions, TPOs, and placement committees.
• Coordinate campus pre-placement talks, career fairs, assessments, and recruitment drives.
• Design and execute onboarding and induction programs for campus hires, interns, and trainees, along with managing internship performance reviews.
• Oversee internal communications to foster employee engagement and disseminate organizational updates.
• Handle candidate joining formalities aligned with company policies and communicate Sun Pharma’s benefits programs effectively.
• Be prepared for up to 40% travel as part of the role.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Sc. or B.Pharm, combined with an MBA in HR.
• Professional Experience: 8 to 10 years with demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition and Campus Hiring.
