About the Role
Our client, a distinguished organization in the life sciences sector, is looking to expand their team with an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role offers the chance to engage in comprehensive recruiting processes, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and attract top-tier candidates in a dynamic and cooperative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from initial intake to offer acceptance across various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their staffing needs and craft strategic sourcing and recruitment plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and interact with qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the hiring stages.
- Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and future recruitment demands, ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
- Monitor recruiting activities using the applicant tracking system and juggle multiple job requisitions efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least six years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
- Minimum of three years recruiting specifically within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and handle multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems; experience with BambooHR software is advantageous.
