Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site assistance at hiring events, managing candidate registration, check-in procedures, processing job offers, and offering relevant information to prospective employees.
• Conduct outreach before events to boost candidate participation and handle follow-up communications promptly after events to guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Support full-cycle recruitment by creating job requisitions, screening candidates for hourly roles, and ensuring swift and clear communication with applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System by updating profiles, combining duplicate records, and appropriately advancing or dismissing applicants.
• Prepare necessary documentation like interview guides and manage candidate movement through hiring stages within the ATS.
• Organize event materials including job descriptions, brochures, and promotional items to ensure smooth operations at recruitment activities.
• Assist with a variety of recruitment events such as career fairs and campus visits, managing logistics and providing candidate support.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or allied fields is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $23 per hour.
