Job description

Role overview

This is a full-time remote hiring role supporting recruitment for a client organization. The position is centered on finding, engaging, and selecting suitable candidates for open positions while partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. It involves managing the recruiting process from early sourcing through coordination and onboarding, with an emphasis on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Find potential candidates using several channels such as job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Review resumes and carry out initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Arrange interview timings between applicants and the hiring team and keep communication moving smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system and share progress updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding steps and help ensure new hire paperwork and documentation are completed properly.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organized in a busy, fast-moving setting.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing methods and established talent acquisition practices.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

Compensation

The payout for this role is $15 to $20 per hour.
