Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks Arabic to strengthen our permanent recruitment and executive search operations across the Middle East. This critical internal role collaborates closely with business development, management, and leadership teams to ensure successful hiring, expand recruitment verticals, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and executive positions.
• Collaborate with management and business development teams to align hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines spanning various industries.
• Conduct candidate interviews to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
• Support the expansion of recruitment verticals and contribute to team growth.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Background in recruiting across multiple industries within the Middle East.
• Preferably has agency recruitment experience.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Abu Dhabi.
• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
