Role Overview
The Treetop is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for its ABA therapy organization. This role is focused on helping build teams that directly support children with autism and their families, with an emphasis on finding strong clinicians and behavior technicians.
This position is remote, but the candidate must live in the United States. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is stated as $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The organization is seeking someone who enjoys relationship-building, works well in a busy environment, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven team from the hiring side.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the scheduling team to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Draft, publish, update, and remove job postings across recruiting platforms.
- Screen applications and arrange interviews for suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and booking with applicants.
- Interview candidates and assess whether they are a strong match for the role.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to chosen candidates.
- Keep candidates informed with prompt and clear communication during the hiring process.
- Help maintain an efficient recruiting workflow and a positive candidate journey.
- Assist with community outreach, including local hiring events and recruitment efforts when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A degree in Psychology or Social Work is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or the ABA field is required.
- Previous administrative experience with strong organizational capability is needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-driven while still collaborating effectively with an in-office team.
- Enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
