Job description
Role Overview
The Treetop is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for its ABA therapy organization. This position is remote, but candidates must live in the United States. The role is designed for someone who enjoys relationship-building, recruiting, and keeping hiring processes organized in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
This opportunity supports a team that serves children with autism. By helping identify and bring on qualified clinicians and behavior technicians, you will contribute to the delivery of meaningful care for children and families.
Work Schedule and Pay
The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with scheduling and operations partners to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Draft, publish, update, and close job listings on hiring platforms.
- Screen applications and arrange interviews with suitable candidates.
- Set up interview times and coordinate candidate scheduling.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open roles.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to chosen candidates.
- Keep candidates informed and supported throughout the hiring journey.
- Help maintain a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Assist with community hiring activities, local recruiting events, and outreach initiatives when needed.

Qualifications
- Residence in the United States is required.
- A completed bachelor's degree is required.
- A psychology or social work background is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or ABA is needed.
- Administrative experience with strong organizational ability is important.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills are expected.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment is required.
- The person should be self-motivated and able to collaborate with an in-office team.
- A genuine interest in building relationships and connecting with people is valued.
