Role Overview
The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts across the United States and partner with internal stakeholders to attract and secure strong talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with stakeholders, from intake discussions and sourcing through screening, interviewing, and final selection.
- Develop and put into practice effective hiring approaches to support open roles across the U.S., while guiding partners on labor market conditions and how to strengthen role attractiveness.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships that help create reliable talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Advance diversity and inclusion throughout hiring activities and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strengthen the employer brand so the company is seen as a desirable place for top talent to work.
- Support additional recruiting and HR-related priorities as needed.
Qualifications
The preferred background includes a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a closely related field, along with at least one year of full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should also bring strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities, plus the capacity to manage priorities effectively in a busy and evolving environment.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $62,000 to $140,000.
