Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at TaxRise manages the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, prescreening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding preparation. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team, this role ensures that candidates experience a welcoming and professional journey throughout their hiring process. This position is strictly on-site at the Irvine, CA location, offering an engaging, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prescreening interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates to keep them engaged.
• Welcome and facilitate candidates during in-person interviews, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule and manage interview logistics across multiple departments.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach methods.
• Review resumes and match candidate profiles to job requirements and hiring criteria.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Input offer details correctly into the ATS and facilitate smooth hiring process transitions.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep candidate pipelines active and progressing.
• Provide regular updates on candidate status and pipeline activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Advocate for recruitment best practices to ensure a consistent and effective hiring experience across teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to social media content and updating job descriptions and recruiting templates.

Required Qualifications

• Between one to two years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in Greenhouse considered advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a candidate-first approach.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities and the aptitude to handle multiple open positions concurrently.
• Experienced in utilizing sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media for candidate recruitment.
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Professional telephone demeanor and capable of thorough follow-through on responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging between $71,000 and $73,000.
• Average monthly bonus from $400 to $800.
