Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cork, Ireland, you will be instrumental in driving EFOR's growth by sourcing exceptional talent for multiple international markets. This role involves close collaboration with directors and hiring managers primarily in Ireland, with occasional support extending to European teams, acting as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the Irish business and support hiring initiatives across Europe as needed.
- Work closely with directors and hiring managers to identify business recruitment requirements and devise customized hiring strategies.
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Proactively source and headhunt high-caliber candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, referrals, and market mapping.
- Conduct detailed competency-based interviews assessing candidates' technical skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Advise hiring managers on top talent options available in the market.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent pertinent professional experience.
- Multiple years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either within an internal HR function or a recruitment consultancy, preferably recruiting for technical, engineering, or Life Sciences roles.
- Strong skills in direct sourcing and headhunting, particularly via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Competence in managing simultaneous recruitment projects in a dynamic setting.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach combined with strong organizational capabilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional European languages considered a significant asset.
