Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our US-based teams by managing recruitment and HR-related projects across various domains. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure they align with job requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates by posting job requirements on multiple job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct detailed screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, willingness to travel or relocate, and overall fit for open positions.
- Perform professional assessments via telephone to ensure candidate suitability for roles.
- Collaborate directly with US-based teams to assist with HR and recruitment projects in diverse domains.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in US IT staffing and staffing in general.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and teams.
- Good understanding of both domain-specific and technology-focused recruiting.
- Expertise in utilizing Boolean search strings to locate qualified candidates across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, just-in-time recruitment environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts to cover all US time zones, including EST, CST, MST, and PST.
