Role overview
This opportunity supports TikTok’s expanding APAC Local Services business. The talent acquisition function is central to scaling this emerging product area by helping build a capable, collaborative team that reflects the mission of inspiring new life and helping businesses grow.
The position is a 12-month contract and is handled through a third-party agency. Although the work may be performed at TikTok, the selected candidate will not be employed by TikTok. Payroll, benefits, and contractual terms are managed by the agency.
What you will do
- Lead sourcing for several complex hiring needs and identify strong talent across levels.
- Coordinate interview scheduling end to end and share clear logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep candidates informed and supported throughout the interview journey.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches, use talent mapping insights, start new initiatives, and improve existing recruiting workflows with guidance from TA partners.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to strengthen hiring efficiency and process quality.
- Represent TikTok positively and help deliver an excellent candidate experience for every applicant.
Required profile
- You should be able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment while balancing several priorities and tasks at once.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is necessary because the hiring focus includes the Indonesia market.
- You need strong people skills, the ability to build quick trust, and confident communication with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred experience
- About 1 year of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume setting, either in an agency/search-firm environment or in-house recruiting, is preferred.

This role is arranged through a third-party agency acting as the employer. You will be assigned to TikTok as needed, but your employment relationship will remain with the agency.
