Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Global Payments (Contract Role)

About the Team and Role

The Global Payment unit is dedicated to crafting a first-rate platform providing cross-border payment solutions for ByteDance’s expanding global products and services. We are currently looking for an inquisitive and detail-focused Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our expanding HR team based in Singapore. This position requires close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to strategically hunt, engage, and build a talent pipeline across multiple functions.

Serving as an ambassador for our organization, you will ensure delivery of premium candidates through skillful sourcing and foster a world-class interview experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing for various complicated roles focusing on mid-to-senior level talent acquisition.
• Take charge of the interview scheduling workflow providing timely updates to candidates and recruitment teams.
• Maintain candidate communications consistently during the interview stages.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques, pioneer new initiatives or refine current procedures to enhance recruitment effectiveness under the guidance of TA partners.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Prioritize excellent candidate experiences while promoting the company as an outstanding workplace.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sourcing expertise in a high-volume setting either from agency or in-house recruitment contexts.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-changing, dynamic environment with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills facilitating swift rapport-building with colleagues, stakeholders, applicants, and clear communication across organizational levels.
• Preferred: demonstrated success managing relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers by aligning recruitment strategies with needs and improving processes.
• Preferred: solid knowledge in talent mapping to pinpoint and monitor high-potential candidates effectively.

Additional Information

This opportunity is offered through a third-party agency managing the contract employment for a period of 12 months. While the assignment will be conducted onsite at TikTok, employment, payroll, and benefits are offered directly by the contracting agency.
