About the Team
You will join the Al Data Service and Operations team, which supports the company’s international products through both safety and non-safety data annotation work, as well as search operations. The team also contributes to strengthening the data ecosystem security of these products.
Role Overview
This position is focused on recruitment for the Trust & Safety function in Singapore. The role requires close collaboration with HR business partners and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring plans with broader people strategies and business timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to make sure sourcing and hiring approaches support people priorities and business goals.
- Understand workforce needs, translate them into recruitment plans, and help deliver hiring targets on schedule.
- Tap into professional networks to identify and attract experienced, diverse, and ambitious candidates.
- Evaluate applicants by reviewing their background, experience, and fit with the company culture.
- Contribute to hiring projects and other recruiting initiatives that improve the efficiency and scale of recruitment operations.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the process, from application review through to offer stage, including skill assessment, interview coordination, reference checks, compensation guidance, and candidate closure.
Minimum Qualifications
The company will prioritize applicants who already have the legal right to work in Singapore and do not need visa sponsorship.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid organizational ability.
- Careful attention to detail and hands-on experience building and running recruitment processes.
- A genuine focus on delivering a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome.
- Creative, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and find solutions when needed.
- Experience with closing senior or executive candidates and handling complex compensation negotiations.
- Collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute in a fast-moving team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting recruitment within a technology business environment is an advantage.
