We aim to remove obstacles, streamline access, and maintain affordability while providing a concierge pharmacy experience in collaboration with licensed providers.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Clearwater, FL office. Reporting to the CHRO, this role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience. The role supports employer branding efforts and collaborates with HR and leadership to optimize talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for multiple positions.
- Collaborate with CHRO and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey ensuring a positive experience.
- Support and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
- Partner with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
- Strong alignment with TELY core values: Trust, Empathy, Leveling Up, and YOLO (getting things done).
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and candidate engagement.
- Experience with employer branding to help articulate and promote the organization’s value proposition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant discipline, or comparable experience.
- Previous recruiting experience within healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-enabled services is advantageous.
- Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL, managing multiple concurrent searches proficiently using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems such as Paylocity.
- Demonstrated dedication to inclusive hiring practices and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
