Our approach involves embedding engineers and leaders as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Executives (FDX) within client operations, responsible for learning, implementing, and delivering outcomes. Our team is AWS and Claude Code certified and actively participates in co-delivering Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program and AI Blueprints.

Role Overview

We are seeking a contract IT Recruiter to expand our talent pool supporting the FDE and FDX models. This role goes beyond typical recruiting to include community building, event organization, and engagement to make Provectus a preferred destination for ambitious engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various US-based roles including software engineers, AI/ML specialists, architects, executives, and business development managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements, recruitment strategies, and candidate evaluation standards.
• Maintain multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Negotiate and extend offers while effectively representing Provectus's compensation philosophy and value proposition.
• Develop direct sourcing channels leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and community networks to attract passive candidates engaged in high-impact AI projects.
• Create and update talent maps for specialized profiles within financial services and healthcare sectors.
• Lead and implement Provectus's talent community strategy through events, workshops, hackathons, and online engagement.
• Forge connections with AI/ML groups, educational institutions, and professional networks to continuously enhance the hiring pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry and recruitment events to elevate brand recognition among forward-deployed engineering talent.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience reflecting Provectus’s core values of Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
• Support workforce planning, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking in collaboration with People & Talent leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within dynamic technical environments, preferably AI, cloud, or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring senior-level technical professionals including AI/ML engineers, software developers, architects, and consulting leaders.
• Hands-on use of AI tools integrated into recruiting workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Active involvement in building talent communities through organizing events, meetups, or university partnerships.
• Understanding of forward-deployed or embedded consulting models is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with comfort collaborating with executives and senior technical personnel.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment practices.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of navigating ambiguity within a globally distributed team.
