Role overview

This position sits within Group Human Resources and focuses on recruitment for PFS Sales positions. The role requires close collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to support hiring goals and ensure the business receives the right talent in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for PFS Sales openings, working closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet workforce requirements.
  • Handle sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding for frontline sales hires.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on hiring approach, market trends, and candidate suitability.
  • Maintain adherence to recruitment governance, licensing rules, and regulatory standards.
  • Support a strong candidate journey while contributing to reporting and hiring performance metrics.

Requirements

  • A degree qualification with around 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in banking or sales hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
  • Solid awareness of compliance expectations, licensing, and recruitment governance within financial services.

Additional requirements

The role calls for a candidate who can develop, engage, execute, and strategise.
