Job description
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to join the AI Data Service and Operations team responsible for data annotation and search operations across TikTok's international products. This role is based in Singapore and prioritizes candidates with existing work rights, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to align sourcing and recruitment strategies with TikTok's people goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and execute hiring plans on schedule.
- Leverage networks to attract experienced, diverse, and motivated candidates to the team.
- Evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural compatibility with TikTok.
- Support recruitment initiatives and projects within the Trust & Safety team and beyond to enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth and personalized candidate experience from application through offer, including interview management, reference checks, salary negotiation, and candidate closure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with experience designing and implementing recruitment workflows.
- Committed to delivering positive candidate experiences regardless of outcome.
- Creative and entrepreneurial problem solver capable of independently finding solutions.
- Proven track record closing senior or executive-level hires and negotiating sophisticated compensation packages.
- Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm to contribute actively within a growing team.
Preferred: Experience within a technology business environment is advantageous.
